1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdbja platform and all its users ("member" or "you"). These terms apply to the use of any part of the website, registration, deposits, withdrawals, accepting bonuses, and participation in any game or bet.

• The bonus will be cancelled if not used within the specified time period.

• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdbja reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

bdbja's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and staying active on the platform:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP benefits and cashback rates may change at any time and are subject to bdbja's discretion.

5.3 Other Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the bdbja platform are conducted on the basis of fair play. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures transparency and impartiality.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, bdbja reserves the right to void or re-evaluate that bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bdbja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or regulatory authority.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Closure by Member
